When I phoned to make an appointment, I was referred to the automated online option for scheduling, and I would prefer to be able to just call and speak to someone, but, other than that, the service was ex the automated online option for scheduling, and I would prefer to be able to just call and speak to someone, but, other than that, the service was exceptional, as usual! With Josh Bartlett, being an absolutely fantastic Frank guy for the entire service department, and I LOVE dealing with him! He takes his time to explain things to me, & he NEVER makes me feel stupid, no matter what questions I need to ask! His time estimates are almost always completely accurate, right to the minute, and he’s just a really wonderful guy to deal with! I like him more and more every time I come for service on my grand Cherokee! More

Had my car towed to the Chrysler dealership with a flat in the middle of the night in a rainstorm. Had no spare due to run flat tires on the car. Called the next morning and was told they “might be able to look at it in a couple of days”. A couple of days to “look” at a car with a flat tire. That would leave me with no car on vacation for a minimum of 2 days. Absolutely no help from this service department and could offer no suggestions. I wound up having the car towed (again) to Complete Tire Service in Ellsworth. They checked my rim, replaced the tire and had me back on the road in less than a day and a half. Got no effort from Darling. More
