My chevy 1500 silverado in 2022 had a airbag recall. They replaced the airbag, but the light was still on. They said it is not part of the recall to check the system, and wanted me to pay over $150 to They replaced the airbag, but the light was still on. They said it is not part of the recall to check the system, and wanted me to pay over $150 to put it on the computer. I can not get the truck inspected with the warning light on.. I called the dealer Quick in Bangor where i purchased the truck in 2010 they said it is part the recall and they would have completed the recall at no extra costs. Very the dealership attitude was very arrogant and wrong. I have taking the case to Chevy recall department and they are helping me, they were very nice to deal with. Phillip LaFrance More

Bought a late model, low mileage "certified" vehicle, under factory warranty at Darlings, the day I drove it off the lot the transmission died in the middle of the road in front of the dealership, that under factory warranty at Darlings, the day I drove it off the lot the transmission died in the middle of the road in front of the dealership, that started a long string of service visits that are quite literally the worst customer experiences I have had anywhere. Trying to work with Darlings to get things fixed I quickly discovered a company that has grown and fully transitioned from family based operation with a focus on customer satisfaction to a corporation that will leave you in the cold when things go bad. More
