Educational and fair. I became a customer of Darlings two years ago when I leased my first electric car, the Ford C-Max. I did not go in intending to lease an electric vehi I became a customer of Darlings two years ago when I leased my first electric car, the Ford C-Max. I did not go in intending to lease an electric vehicle nor was it even on my radar. The salesman at the time talked with me until he figured out that for my driving purposes, leasing an electric car was the most interesting and efficient option available. My next stop was the finance department where I spoke with Mr Maldonado. I had almost no credit score since I had lived in Germany for 20 years and had just come back. Ford and Darlings were more than fair to me and made the process easy and even fun. The experience I had with the service department throughout the two year lease was phenomenal. I was always met and assisted by Eric who always went out of his way to help. That guy has an amazing way with people and is a joy to see and do business with. Everyone in the service department assisted me so often in getting me to and from the service center to service the car. For these reasons I went back to Darlings and leased another C-Max and had the same great experience with Jake. This is the place to go to get the right car and the right service. Thanks so much! Rick Souther was our sales rep and we highly recommend him! He definitely knows the business and has wonderful customer relations. As long as he's there, he's our guy. We have hit a couple road bumps along the way (we've had the vehicle 2 months). With that said. Our service from Eric has been beyond satisfaction. He really takes the time to listen and makes sure everything is above standard (without the "dealers charge up the wazoo for repairs"). Like I said, we're a young family. Great experience and Error free As a 19 year old college student and first time car buyer with no credit, I didn't know what to expect from Darlings. My mom and I entered the dealership and was greated with a friendly hello from Rick Souther. After talking about what I wanted in a car we entered the lot and looked at a couple cars. Rick was very knowledgeable about every car and answered any questions that my mom and I had. I test drove a 2015 Ford Focus and wanted to get one as soon as I finished driving. After selecting a black Ford Focus with black interior and it only had 374 miles on it. Rick took my info and headed to financial. After about 30 stressful minutes, Rick emerged and said that I had got the car! I headed to financial and met Ben Doucette to do some paperwork. The paperwork was quick and painless and Ben answered all my financial questions clearly and concisely. I was able to put $2000 down and was able to get a 0% interest rate!!! I was ecstatic that I was able to get such a deal on a great car. So as a first time car buyer with no credit I was able to get a brand new car. It's safe to say that I will buy all my new cars at darlings for the rest of my life. More
