Kristen in finance helped me through a payment error with volkswagon. they would not take responsibility for their error in my payment schedule. It would have been a payment that I should not had to pay and Volkswagon was saying I did. . Kristen talked with Volkswagon several times about the error they refused to correct it Kristen went to finance at Darlings and they offered to make that payment so my credit will stay un harmed.
