I have made two visits there in regards to getting recalls/service issues taken care of. One was scheduled, and the other was a recall I asked about when stopping in to get my TDI Goodwill Package activated. I can't quite remember the gentleman's name whom assisted me with that, but I believe it was Daniel. For just popping in with only about 30 minutes to spare, Daniel got everything taken care of with ease. Daniel then brought me to Kim to ask about a recall I had mentioned. As soon as Kim realized I was not from the area, she made it very convenient and accommodated my needs. I was in and out in a matter of minutes, the recall had been corrected properly, and my vehicle was returned in the same condition I had dropped it off in. I also admired the fact that Kim was extremely knowledgeable about what was going on with Volkswagen recalls. She knew the answers to the questions without having to reference anything. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in Darling's care and will certainly be a returning customer! More
