Great Service knowledgeable Technicians Just Bought my first CRV and it was time to take it in for its first oil change. The Tech did not like the way the starter sounded so the dealer just Just Bought my first CRV and it was time to take it in for its first oil change. The Tech did not like the way the starter sounded so the dealer just swapped it out at no charge. After 6 months and reaching 100k a shimmer in the torque converter started to developed. The dealer already changed the transmission fluid when i had mentioned the problem started shortly after purchase. It was a known issue with just a few CRV's in my year and maybe mine was just one of the lucky ones to develop the problem . Once the service manager went for a ride with me to see if he could notice the problem, right away he said yes i have felt that before, I know exactly what it is. Immediately that afternoon he processed my warranty information and got back to me the next day. He told me i was all set to bring in my 2013 CRV and have the TC swapped out. Not only did they give me a 2019 loaner car but they performed the task much sooner than what they they had estimated the repair would take. Ther service technicians really know there stuff. They treat your car like they are going to put there own parents into it once its done. Not only did the Service Manager promise there would be no problems, when i went to go and pick up the car, i was told that even the deductible was picked up by the dealership. Im one happy customer and I would highly recommend this dealership, the service center and even the sales staff, there all great!! More
