Curteous and accommodating service. Upon arriving there was no wait to enter the service area. A greeter immediately came to me and escorted me to John's station. John said that my recall would be completed in about 4 hours. When I made the appointment, Abbie offered a loaner which I accepted. The loaner was ready for me but the car did not have a full tank of gas, as stated. Since I did not want to wait until the tank was filled, I was told to bring the car back with the same amount of gas, a quarter of a tank. After 4 hours I checked back with John. My car was not ready and had to be kept overnight. John told me a driver would come to my house the next day with my car and pick up the loaner. I understand that recalls happen. John and Abbie did their best to make the process as easy as possible. More
