As I said in a earlier review, I am relocating to Mississippi and I can guarantee that I will not encounter another dealership that will even come close to Darling's. One might say that is not fair, but I can tell one before hand it is fair! Fixed my car I purchased a certified used Ford Mustang, with in 2 months need a steering block. Kim, my regular service representative, communicated with me by e-mail while on vacation. Wanted to put my mind at ease. Dave, a service rep, and Corey, the rental car rep, were all involved. This is my 10th year using Darling's service department for three Audi's purchased there. I give them high marks for the level of service they consistently deliver. They really are the best service department I have ever dealt with. My next car will be purchased there as well. More
