If I have to ask for clarity, perhaps it's because things weren't explained very clearly the first time or there is a discrepancy that needs to be cleared up. In either case noticeable attitude is unnecessary. Also being told that you are within the delivery area and then the day before delivery being told you are not is very inconvenient and shady. More
