DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GETTACAR! My husband and I found the truck of our dreams at a great price. Too good to be true? Yes! They screwed us over royally. My husband applied with me as his cosigner. Our credit was run multiple times and we were approved the next day. "Jimmy" contacted us and asked for a few more details so that everything could be finalized and we complied. He assured us he would reach out before he left for the day. We never spoke to him again. He Ignored our calls and texts. We couldn't get anyone to answer the 1-800 number or anything. Finally, the next day, a guy answers and we explain what happened. He tells us that truck was sold to someone else now. I asked to speak with a manager and later that day "Clay" calls. He apologizes, saying it was all mistakes on their end, and says his top salesman "Tom" will reach out to us in the morning to help us out and possibly find another vehicle. Nothing. Not only did they damage our credit, but they sold a truck out from under us and made no effort to make it right. Do not trust this site. These people do not do fair or trustworthy business. More

After letting my success hero know that I needed a third row for my little ones and their busy schedules, they showed me so many cars that exceeded my expectations! The whole process was seamless and they were able to find the right car for me. So much better than a dealership experience, and all my coworkers were amazed (and jealous!) when I had my new car dropped off at the office!! Love Gettacar and would use them again! More

Great Experience I first saw gettacar on a Facebook ad. I've seen commercials for companies selling cars online in the past but was hesitant about the whole thing. I picked out a car on the site and received a call from a gettacar rep less than an hour later. The rep was super friendly and walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. They helped me trade-in my car and delivered my new car to me at my job. They mean it when they say they'll deliver the car anywhere. Despite being used, the car looked and felt new and I haven't had any issues in the month I've been driving it. Overall, it was a great experience. They even have a referral program if you refer someone to buy a car. I would (and do) recommend gettacar to friends. More
