He was professional, polite, knowledgable re his vehicles for sale and their locations on the large lot, (new and used). This was important to me as it was bitter cold outside the day we were shopping for a vehicle and there was a lot of ice /snow on the ground so we appreciated his knowing exactly where each vehicle was to minimize our time in the cold. He was patient with our many questions and our slow decision making process , and he offered us refreshments throughout our stay. He followed up quckly, within a few minutes, on finding a few answers to questions he did not have off the top of his head. He offered absolutely no pressure during our visit. He was personable and had pleasant way about him that put us at ease during what is commnly a stressful process. He synched our phones to our vehicle for us before leaving the lot and taught us about our new vehicle dash/ on star/ and additional options available.. Mitch was also great at offering us a very fair trade in amount on our current vehicle and both Joel and Mitch made us aware of the incentives being offered by the manufacturer so that we we were able to find an awesome deal within our budget. Poor customer service I was looking for a 4WD LT suburban at Daniel Long Chevrolet in Colorado Springs, CO. On 30 November 16, I spoke with Michelle Richardson (business de I was looking for a 4WD LT suburban at Daniel Long Chevrolet in Colorado Springs, CO. On 30 November 16, I spoke with Michelle Richardson (business development manager) who informed me they had another person coming to look at the same suburban that morning. After a settled price through text messages and a confirmation of a sales price of 52.5k with Mike Hoskins (salesman) I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle on 3 December 16. Upon arriving at the dealership I noticed the specific suburban I selected was not on the lot. Mike informed me the vehicle had been sold. I was pissed they sold they vehicle but things happen and that was that. On 10 December 16, Mike called me and stated they had not in fact sold the vehicle but made a mistake and had the vehicle out for a loaner with a customer. Mike said they would honor the original sale price of the vehicle of 52.5k. I proceeded to the dealership to only be contacted by Mike 15 minutes or so after our original call to tell me the dealership could not honor the 52.5k sales price because they no longer had a bonus tag. I informed Mike this was not my fault as I made my end of the deal initially when trying to purchase the vehicle. Mike said they couldn't do that and apologized. I asked Mike to have the general manager of the dealership call me to discuss the issues. Hours went by with no call from the GM so I called and left a message. Another hour went by and I was contacted by Brad Stewart ( General manager). I explained to Brad the entire story only to be told there was nothing he could do as the GM. I told him the dealership made the mistake and should honor there original deal. The GM stated they could not do the sales price because it had over 1500 miles and was a loaner vehicle. If this was true not sure how they were able to price it with discounts originally unless they somehow put 1500 miles on it in 7 days...not likely. The GM said he needed to talk to the sales manager to figure out what happened and call me back. The GM never called me back so I went to the dealership to figure out what was going on. After getting there I met with Mike again who said they could not honor the deal because it was a loaner and the bonus tag was only for two LTZ black suburbans. This is complete xx because Chevy only released the bonus cash on the LT model. I asked to speak to the GM who had left the dealership already and I was told nothing else was going to happen that night because everyone was closing early and going to the Broadmoor. I recommend everyone thinking about doing business with this dealer should go elsewhere especially my brothers and sisters in the service. They will lie, cheat And rip you off and this is supposed to be a dealer whom USAA supports. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I all my troops are well aware of this place. Chevrolet is not happy with there performance either and a formal complaint was filed with Chevrolet regarding the unethical practices this company carries out. More

I had my 2016 Chevy Silverado 20 inch wheels damaged both times I had it serviced for excessive vibration. The manager had the issue resolved both times, but the service technician needs to be more careful and caring of all customer vehicles. I advise all customers to always perform a pre and post inspection of your vehicle with your service advisor to prevent a major headache in trying to repair a technicians careless mistake. More
