While shopping for a new vehicle I found several dealerships that had the truck I was looking for and made inquires at a few of them. I found that at other dealerships I was either not responded to dealerships that had the truck I was looking for and made inquires at a few of them. I found that at other dealerships I was either not responded to for a prolonged period of time or when someone did get around to helping me the customer service was poor. Daniels Chevrolet was different, the customer service was phenomenal. Matt Haley responded to my inquiry promptly and with all the information needed for me to make my decision. When I had a question he was not able to answer rather then get the run around like I had at other dealership he forward my question on to Mark Barton the General Manager who answered all of my questions fully. This team treated me with the care they would give a close friend rather then just another sale. I would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to go see Matt Haley at Daniels you will go in for a vehicle and come out a lifelong customer.
