I bought a used 2006 Toyota van from Daniels Long Chevrolet. "We only sell cars that we would be comfortable selling to our mother," the saleperson stated to me. Within one day of purchasing the car, the windshield wiper fell apart. They reluctantly fixed it. The next day the seat backs behind the driver and passenger fell off. They reluctantly fixed them. Several days later the seat backs fell off again and I could see why. Somebody had used duct tape to repair them. I skipped taking it back to have more duct tape applied. I took my car to a car wash a few weeks later. Chunks of paint fell off. Now it was clear--this car had been in an accident and someone had done a quicky paint job just to sell the car. I was thoroughly disgusted. I went back and spoke with the manager. I wanted a new paint job on the car because now I had a car that was going to rust and was hardly worth the amount of money I had paid for it. He refused. So buyer beware. I no longer trust Daniels Long and evidently they are comfortable with a reputation of selling junk cars. More
Wanting to be one of the first in Colorado to purchase a 2014 Corvette Stingray, we added our name to the list at Daniels Long and put down a small deposit. We were informed of the anticipated timeframe, but received our Stingray much earlier than we anticipated! We understand the Stingray is a hot commodity and only a few dealers were able to deliver so early, if at all. Mark, Mitch and Mike were great to work with throughout the process. Mitch made sure our order specification and options were exactly what we wanted. Upon deliver, Mike took the time to explain all of the gadgets and toys included in this computer on wheels. Our purchase experience was smooth, painless and easy! Thank you! More

From there, I started to mention that I was a college student, and he helped me narrow my focus even more by evaluating what would be more efficient with my kind of budget. I recently traded in my 2008 Chevy Tahoe for a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. The atmosphere of the dealership was outstanding. All the employees in each department were really knowledgeable and helpful. With dealing with the transactions of my new purchase, I worked with Drew, one of the salesman at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable with the workings of all vehicles I looked at. He didn't pressure me into making an decisions on the prices offered. He took his time with handling all the necessary paperwork and steered in me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and to stop in and talk to Drew. I was very satisfied with the whole car buying process. More
My wife and I recently bought a new Chevy Volt from Daniels Long Chevrolet. We had an incredibly positive experience. Our salesman, Drew, was knowledgable about the models we were interested in. We didn't have a dramatic, back and forth haggling experience like we had at several other dealerships in Colorado Springs--we were given a fair price without a hassle. The general manager took the time to speak to us about situation and our needs, and to make sure we were taken care of. And--on top of it all--we got to meet Cruzer, the dealership dog, a lovable Newfoundland puppy. We had the most positive car buying experience we've ever had, and we'll definitely be returning in the future. More

Jack is a wonderful asset to the Daniels/Long team. He appreciates his customers and does not try to fast talk them into anything. My son decided to trade We are still dealing with the purchase of a 2013 Silverado Z71 Crew Cab from Daniels Long Chevrolet in Colorado Springs, CO. My son decided to trade vehicles before he graduates from college. The Salesman changed the deal on him three different times at closing, which should have encouraged us to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, my son decided he wanted to stay with this situation and it kept getting worse. After signing and agreeing on a trade-in and cash price the ability to get any kind of professional customer service from anyone ceased. Mary Michaels in the paperwork processing area was almost impossible to contact on the phone (from Texas). When I contacted her, I was met with condescending sarcasm concerning questions about paperwork she sent for me to sign. At this point, myself and my wife decided to deliver the paperwork back to the dealership in person. Our visit still ended unsatisfactorily after speaking with both Maggie and Phillip Muzi, General Sales Manager. It was very apparent, customer service did not exist because you were not spoken with in any conversation (Meaning either our voice was not heard in any conversation or they were not interested in listening and helping us in any conversation.). They only spoke to you, telling you how everything would happen. While there, Mr. Muzi promised in writing how the final paperwork would be sent to us (in Texas) but it did not happen in the guidelines in which he promised. We had to call his direct phone numbers which was never answered as he stated. The only way to get a phone answered was to go through new sales, otherwise our call was not returned for at least 24 to 48 hours. Mr. Mark Barton, General Manager, was even spoken with concerning the customer service and unprofessionalism of his employees and we were met with the same attitude ( I guess this shouldn't have been surprising.). I have worked in the automobile industry in the past and have bought numerous General Motors Products in my life. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. I just purchased a GMC at home in Texas and it was a great experience with unbelievable customer service (at Brown GMC in Amarillo). To top it all off, this transaction started 7-15-13 and I finally received the paperwork for the T.T.L. on 8-9-13, it was WRONG!! I would think Daniels Long would not be proud of my experience, if he exists. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED IN TEXAS........... More
