Before shopping at Daniels Long I had shopped at a lot of different dealers and am happy with my decision for purchasing through Daniels Long. We were very pleased with our latest vehicle purchase. Drew was very nice and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Although the financing took a while to complete everyone was very easy going Drew was very nice and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. The only downfall was when I brought my car back to get detailed, the service area had my car all day, and when I came to pick up, it had never been done. That was frustrating, however I just brougt the car for an oil change, and the service was fine, and done in a timely manner. More

I found the 2011 GMC Acadia Denali on the Daniels Long Chevrolet website. I contacted Michelle Richardson (Internet Sales) and inquired about the vehicle and possible test drive. She immediately secured Chevrolet website. I contacted Michelle Richardson (Internet Sales) and inquired about the vehicle and possible test drive. She immediately secured the vehicle such that it would be available just for my wife and I when we got to the dealership. When we entered the dealership, both Michelle and Jason Ziegler came out and introduced themselves to us and began the process of a test drive for both my wife and I. Jason took us through each step and allowed us to test drive the vehicle over a range of roads and speeds. He made sure my wife test drove the vehicle to see how she liked it and asked for her feedback. After the test drive, Jason inquired about our interest and after we told him that we were very interested in the vehicle. He asked if we wanted to make an offer. We had done our homework and found the asking price to be fair for the vehicle, we told Jason to write up a sales contract and secure the best possible financing available based on our credit rating. Jason came back in a very short time and went through the sales contract thoroughly. Each time Jason left us, Michelle came by to make sure we had everything we needed. Once Jason finished with the sales contract and we signed it, he handed us off to Jim Snyder (Finance officer). Jim went about his duties skillfully and quickly, explaining each closing document as he went through them, making sure we understood what was in them. He also secured a great finance rate for this loan with a local banking institution. That was an important point for us. Jim asked us and we agreed to a comprehensive warranty for this vehicle as it is a high end vehicle with complex electronic systems. When Jim was finished with his financial duties, he personally took us over to meet the service manager, Gerry Burrows, to set up an appointment to have the vehicle serviced as soon as we could bring it in after the Christmas holiday. When we brought the vehicle in, Gerry was waiting for us and took the vehicle right in and started the servicing. When the vehicle was ready, Gerry personally called us to notify us that we could pick it up. Which we did. From start to finish, the sales personnel were professional, but not in a hurry to close the deal. They were friendly and considerate throughout the process. Other staff members on the showroom floor also inquired if there was anything we needed or wanted. We feel great about our experience with Daniels Long Chevrolet and the people we interfaced with. The process was time consuming, yet each member of the staff made it easy to go through it. Each member was knowledgeable and experienced without any hint of attitude. Each member of the staff that interfaced with us made us feel welcome and made sure after the sale was finalized to contact us via email and phone making sure we still were having a great experience with their dealership. Buying an expensive vehicle such as we did and having the great experience that we did, means the people at Daniels Long Chevrolet work hard to provide great customer satisfaction and take a personal interest in each sale. That inspires confidence in the customer when they meet these people. More
