We thought they were going to just give us an appointment for another day because of how late it was but that wasn't the case. She took care of us as if we were the first customer of the day. We told her all we wanted to do was get a automatic Chevy Cruze because we loved our old one so much and she focused on just that. We ended up leaving Daniels Long Chevrolet that night with a 2014 Chevy Cruze 2LT that we love so much and will definitely return to purchase another car here. More

I was shopping for an upgrade to my Honda Ridgeline so that I would feel more comfortable with towing my new travel trailer. I perused various local auto dealer web sites and subsequently contacted Heathe that I would feel more comfortable with towing my new travel trailer. I perused various local auto dealer web sites and subsequently contacted Heather Morgan. We arranged to meet and search for a truck that would meet my needs. I indicated to her that one vehicle I saw on the web site appeared to be a good solution. Heather arranged for a test drive and indicated that if that vehicle wasn't for me, she would work with me until we found the right one. As it turned out, the 2008 GMC Denali that I test drove was a good choice and I purchased it. Heather was a pleasure to work with and very professional throughout the purchasing process. I later worked with Dallas Ivey to purchase some accessories for the truck. Once again, I was impressed with the customer service given by someone at Daniels. A few weeks after I purchased the truck, the battery died. I called the service department and arranged for an appointment to install a new battery with Ray Noriega. The battery was replaced quickly with no issues. I was impressed with Ray's enthusiasm and customer orientation. More
