Incompetent I had the unfortunate experience of working with Daniels Long in an attempt to purchase a new vehicle. The first two phone contacts were very friendly and positive, but as soon as I started emailing the representative with questions in regards to cap cost, lease term, etc I received no response for over a week and half with 2-3 emails sent. When I finally did hear back it was from a different rep who said that another co-worker had been in contact with my husband and that we couldnt get the price down "as we should know a Tahoe is an expensive vehicle". Not only was her comment offensive, as if we were looking for a vehicle out of our price range--I can tell you THAT is certainly not the case, but her comment was completely false. My husband had spoke with not one person. Lastly, the few numbers she gave me, saying that they would be looking at $800 a month for the Tahoe is a joke. Tahoe lacks slightly comparing to a GMC Yukon, and our last talks with GMC about leasing a Yukon was not quite $600. These people are either deceptive or incompetent, either way--no good! More

Upon arriving they were very friendly and knew what I was looking for and Jeff Benton went above and beyond to find a vehicle that I absolutely love. When it came time to crunch numbers they were extremely professional. Jim in finance was great and we were very pleased with our all around experience at Daniels. More

My bank card had been deactivated because of a mix up at my bank. Ray did something he did not have to do, he gave us the oil change for free as we did not have any other credit cards with us and my husband did not have his wallet. .we felt so bad, and really appreciated what Ray did for us. A little over a month later the car overheated and we did a vin search (carfax was clean) and determines the car had been wrecked and fixed under the table. Once Mark and Phil found out about this I received a phone call with an offer to buy something else. They paid off my entire loan and were very patient as we walked through what we wanted to do. We mainly dealt with Tyler, Andre, Mark and Phil and they were understanding in our stressful time and did everything they could do to make sure we were taken care of. We usually had our kids with us and they took care of them too. With the playroom, balloons, Popsicles and Cruz. Whenever we said we needed to go back to the dealership they were excited to go and immediately started to seek out Cruz and Tyler. Jim in finance was awesome explaining everything every time. We really love our leased Traverse and are so thankful that they went above and beyond to take care of us. More

Beware dirty oily mechanics in your new car Daniels Long Chevrolet is in a great location for downtown or Westside folks in Colorado Springs, great facility. I have a new 2015 Silverado and Daniels Long Chevrolet is in a great location for downtown or Westside folks in Colorado Springs, great facility. I have a new 2015 Silverado and have had work done twice at Daniels Long Chevrolet. Both time the vehicle came back with grease all over the leather interior and doors and any area they touched or sat on. After talking with the service receptionist about not having floor or seat protection on the new leather and floors, she said they always have the car protected, but this is not the case as both times I saw the mechanics driving truck without coverings. The oil mechanic drives the truck back to front after servicing with no glove on and oil all over him and his feet. All other major dealers have only the oil change guy stay in the pit changing oil. They need to change their system process of having a clean staff person drive vehicles out of the service area, if they want my business. They also serviced the DEF and blew white fluids all over the engine and exterior when servicing, and I noticed when picking the truck up. Beware of oil changes and service if you want to keep your vehicle clean. More
