Unethical, Unorganized, and Self-centered. We recently purchased an 2019 f250 with 36,000 miles from this dealership and worked directly with rikki. Did most of the purchasing via email and such. They had the truck delivered to me at the Atlanta airport which was nice. I drove across the country back home. Turned the truck on the next morning and it had a check engine light immediately. I took it straight to the local dealership and they got back to me the next day with terrible news. Its clearly a flood truck and the dealership hid it from us. Pulled the spark plug and its rusted with water dripping off of it, underneath the cabs upholstry is muddy and rusting. Not to mention pages of check engine codes. We contacted the Daniels dealership immediately and Rikki is the only one who has been respectful. Everytime we try to talk to Joe Powers he has done nothing and doesnt want to work with us and doesnt want us talk to Ed Daniels. Ed Daniels is trying to blame the carfax which is wrong because his dealership changed the oil in this truck and absolutely saw all the mud and rust covering the transmission all the way to the hood sil. Not to mention probably water in the oil when they changed it. There are many more things and we have tried to amicably refuse the truck but we have had no communication from Daniels Chevrolet. As a small business owner i know how much good or bad internet reviews can do. I hope this one shows you the situation Daniels Chevrolet has put me in. I hope this review helps you make your decision on whether to work with Daniels if they have treated me like this. 12/4/2020 Update. Got a second opinion and its actually worse than the first. Tried to notify Ed Daniels about the second opinion and he has answered his phone told us hes busy and hung up. This is a bad dealership. This is a bad owner. This is a bad place to purchase a car. No point to be cordial with this dealership. Other courses of action will have to bw taken if you get screwed over by this dealership like we have. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More

Purchasing a vehicle has got to be one of the most aggravating and demeaning experiences ever. We have plenty of nightmarish stories about salesmen who laughed in our faces, threatened to keep the key aggravating and demeaning experiences ever. We’ve been to over a dozen dealerships with a list of characteristics that we wanted in a vehicle and been told it was impossible. That has never been the case at Daniels Chevrolet in Swainsboro, Georgia. I’ve purchased a new Chevrolet Tahoe in 2017 and two used GMC Yukons in 2020. After I was in an accident in the first Yukon, all it took was one phone call and Ed had us in a vehicle to drive until he could find us a replacement for the totaled Yukon. Ed Daniels has been very good to us. He is a great salesman. We tell him what we can afford, and he does the rest of the work. We know that whatever we need, we can call him and he’ll pick up. He is now a friend and the only dealership we use. More
