I knew I wanted a BMW. I went to look around at Daniels BMW, met with Carrie, looked at a few used and new. I decided that I wanted a new one but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot BMW, met with Carrie, looked at a few used and new. I decided that I wanted a new one but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot. Carrie found one with the options that I wanted and got it sent to Daniels. The car arrived, I showed up and signed a few documents and then Carrie showed me all the goodies in the car. She even programmed my bluetooth with my cell phone (something I couldn't do on my own). It was so easy and painless. Carrie was great and still is. Whenever I have a question about my car, I call her and she always has an answer. Thanks! More

(Yes, the Bimmer does help with that as well) She remains our key point of contact to make service visits or simple questions come off without a hitch, unlike our experience with other premium brands. We look forward to a continued relationship with Carrie, and BMW, for our future purchases. The car runs great, but our relationship with Carrie is what has us feeling confident, and satisfied in our choice of vehicles knowing that we have strong support from the dealer. More

From the level of knowledge that they have about my car to the care and courtesy that goes into the overall experience, I always leave Daniels happier that I went and confident that my beamer is going to be just fine. I live in NH and was in PA for training and on my last day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found Daniels day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found Daniels BMW online and called and got Debbie, she went out of her way to call the Tow Company as I was quite upset still. The tow truck came and I was greeted by Debbie with a big hug,she told Joe one of their finest Service Advisors what the situation was and that I needed to get home that night. It was about 3:45pm on a Friday and the dealership closes at 5pm on Fridays. Joe got 3 techs to stay and he stayed as well...Joe brought us up to get some dinner while we waited..and they got the job done in about 2.5 hours. We were on our way back home to NH and it was such a pleasant experience in such a bad situation. THANK YOU DEBBIE AND JOE! They are lucky to have you! Heather T More
