He's knowledgeable and he does everything! He's the BMW Genius, asst. finance dude, asst sales mgr dude and pretty much everything. It's nice not having to go from office to office to sign paperwork. Plus it just feels much more classy of an atmosphere here compared to other dealers I've dealt with. My only regret is that I'll be moving in a year so I'll have to find a new dealer in Tampa. New M3 purchase Bought a 2018 M3. I worked with Dmitry and he was great. 1 issue I wouldn’t have expected: After the car was detailed for me to pick up, there Bought a 2018 M3. I worked with Dmitry and he was great. 1 issue I wouldn’t have expected: After the car was detailed for me to pick up, there were water marks on the windows and certain place on the paint. And when I opened the hood, there was tons if white water marks all over with a powdery residue. I wiped it down myself and it looks good. But they are definitely using hard water to wash cars and it’s not good. I live within 5 minutes of the dealer and the water around here is very very hard. I would suggest some water softening equipment in the detailing area and car wash. Love the car though! More
