I wanted to save money on shipping it so figured I'd drive out to get it but was having a problem lining up a ride for the 4-hour trip. My salesman Mr. Putzig suggested I rent a car one way from Enterprise in my town and advised me there was an Enterprise office just down the street from Weeks Pre-Owned. When I arrived, everything was ready for me and I was out of their store and on my way in my certified pre-owned Audi in less than an hour... including the time it took Mr. Putzig to give me a ride to the Enterprise dealer to return the car! We're loving the new S5 and can't thank Audi Danbury / Weeks Pre-Owned enough. More

Rich showed me 4 cars on a really bad day for weather, snow sleet wind we had it all, but he was great walking me through the cars. Never pressured or rushed us, never gave us the full court press. All was pretty smooth. Once I decided he worked with me to coordinate the work and to handle as much as possible ahead of time so when I showed up with my children it was quick. We also had a bit of an issue with the title for my previous car and they worked with us to get it resolved with the bank/DMV quickly. All and all I will be back at Weeks. Thanks Rich! More
