Excellent service provided by the Danbury VW, in comparison to customer service at other VW dealerships. The people in the Danbury location, both the dealers and those at the car maintenance place were great! In north haven, the mechanics were great but customer service lacking, Tge person at the front counter yelled and screamed at me in North Haven, I would ONLY recommend service on Danbury, I would drive extra to have good customer service and a car while I had my VW worked on. Danbury VW was one of the better dealers I've experienced, please go to Bryan, he's really nice!!!! More

I called Bryan and he completely remembered me, knew my car and found my information in seconds .. literally within 2 minutes I had the documents I needed. He's truly amazing as is the dealership. In my case I wanted a manual car and ppl kept showing me automatic cars out of my price range and always tried to up sell me. Thankfully I went to weeks pre owned one day after seeing some cars they had in stock online, everyone i dealt with was great from the time I walked in the door everyone was polite and helpful. They weren’t pushy or anything they were there if I had questions or wanted anything but otherwise let me look around in peace. When I found a car i liked I was able to get a test drive right away and the salesman was full of useful information and a pleasure to talk to. He was interested in helping me find a car I wanted and liked not just interested in selling a car. I ended up buying the car and the salesman Stephen mortati was great and continues to be as we work on getting the car registered and finalized. He handled absolutely everything and made the process as easy as it can be I would totally recommend this dealer and Stephen mortati specifically. More
