Lo and behold the next day Derek called to say that the sale had fallen through! No issues throughout the negotiating process. It was fair and mutual. My sales rep was Steven Mortati. Steve was quick to mention early on in our discussions that he was relatively new to the automotive business and I was a bit nervous at first, but I quickly learned that his business acumen, knowledge of the vehicle I was hunting, honesty and integrity became very evident during our discussions which put me a ease. Steve was able to source the exact car I wanted to all of my specifications and handled all aspects of the purchase with the utmost professionalism. He even bonded with my wife and three kids who all loved him and his somewhat dry sense of humor which is very entertaining :).
