From the 1st call that I had with my salesman - Derek Smith, I knew that I was going to purchase a vehicle there. I felt very welcomed and there was absolutely no rush or pressure. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful, and honest. I want to also give a shout out to the Finance Manager: Jerry, he was super nice and very honest about everything including the warranty that I purchased. It was a 1st class experience and I they will always be my 1st choice dealership (by far, it's not even close). And, just to put it in perspective, I live over 150 miles away in Philadelphia, PA. But, my experience was so great that I won't mind taking another trip to Connecticut in the future on my next car purchase. Oh, and by the way, the cars on their lot are beautiful.
