Great experience! Just bought a CPO 2019 Audi Q5. Bryan LeBlanc was very helpful. He worked really hard to give me a great deal. I noticed in one picture that the Q5 had cross bars for a ski rack, however LeBlanc was very helpful. He worked really hard to give me a great deal. I noticed in one picture that the Q5 had cross bars for a ski rack, however when I went to test drive they were not in the car. Bryan told me he would get them for me. On delivery day he delivered the car to me with brand new cross bars. Everything he promised... he delivered. He also was very tech savvy. He knows how the cars work inside and out!! I took delivery of the car on a very cold day (8 degrees) Bryan stood outside the car and wanted to make sure I didn’t leave until he answered all my questions about the vehicle. Also no pressure from anyone including Al (service manager) who was very sincere and friendly. I’ve bought many used cars. Best experience I have had. Great job guys! More
