I was evaluating and purchasing the car remotely and he shared pictures and details with me via text and email and was always responsive to my questions and requests. I drove in to sign the documents and pick up the car early in the morning and Derek met me at the dealership and had all the paperwork ready to sign. There was a small issue with the detailing on the car, but Derek worked with me to resolve that.
