I purchased a 2009 Audi A4 from this dealership and the sales person was a friendly guy but in my opinion he needs to listen to the buyers instead of just talking facts all the time. I had no real problem sales person was a friendly guy but in my opinion he needs to listen to the buyers instead of just talking facts all the time. I had no real problem with the sales person but I did have a problem to whoever I was speaking to on the phone when I called to ask about my extended warranty. All I asked was for a number to the extended warranty company to ask them about modifications to my car and the person who I was talking to had no right what so ever to tell me that I can't when in fact I can. When I tired to tell this person that it was not his concern he started giving me a attitude and eventually I raised my voice and told him that he was being disrespectful and that I will file a complaint against him but the sad thing about this is that I didn't catch his name. So my overall experience at this dealership was not great and I would just like to let people know that when you are buying a car from this dealership just think about what you are getting yourself into because the actual Audi dealership itself isn't much of a great help either and fail to answer simple questions about the Audi brand. More
