They advertised a 09 Q5 as a CPO vehicle, which Audi claims is the highest quality representation of a used car. This car arrived and was a total mess. They couldnt even clean the crud out of the seats from the kids of the previous owner. There wasnt a panel on the entire exterior of the vehicle that didnt have major scratches, gashes or damage. The car came with a clean CarFax, what a bunch of BS!! This means nothing if the accidents, yes multiple repairs, are not reported. What individual would report damge if they knew it would affect the value of their trade-in. Even worse is the repair to the accidental damge was done so poorly. The bondo is cracking, there are still big dents, door seals were glued onto the door and the door rattles when closed and when musc plays. This is the worst representation of a clean CPO vehicle anyone has ever seen. I begged them to work with me to resolve and they ignored me. They got all their executives on a conference call but never did any follow up to make things right. When I told them the car never should have been certified they got all defensive and ended the call. The quote for repairs on my new CPO used vehicle is almost $7,000!! I will never get any reasonable value when I try to resell becuase of the severe damage. Never ever ever trust this dealership!!!! More
Have dealt with many car salespeople in the past. Rich Medla was by far the only one who has gone the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We were not sure if this deal was going to happen; the number Medla was by far the only one who has gone the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We were not sure if this deal was going to happen; the numbers were not quite there for us. Rich followed up our conversation with an email showing what price our vehicle was selling for on the market. He thanked us for the opportunity and left the his door open. That extra mile of thanking us and not pushing us made our decision to go back and purchase the vehicle. Rich, thank you for your professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and overall kindness. We appreciate all your efforts. We strongly recommend Weeks Preowned to anyone looking for a used vehicle and especially suggest you ask for Rich Medla to make your dreams come true. I visited this dealership to look at a 2012 Audi A4 Avant which was exactly the car I wanted. I sat down with Richard Medla who was a great help in negogiating the deal. He knew the car and the brand and w which was exactly the car I wanted. I sat down with Richard Medla who was a great help in negogiating the deal. He knew the car and the brand and was very knowledgeble and forth coming. As I eventually pruchased the car, the only unpleasant moment was when the Used Car Manager offered an insulsting price for my trade-in knowing that I really wanted the A4. He never looked at the car nor spoke to me in person. This "Used Car Manager" embodied the typical used car salesman stereotype. 2 days after I purchased my car I saw my trade-in on the internet offered for sale for $4000 above what was given to me. This was the only low point in my purchase, Rich Medla saved the day by his professionalism. More

Salesman had a very low pressure, friendly demeanor. He sought to match my needs and interests with the cars in his inventory, rather than push me to look at particular cars he wanted to sell. The financi sought to match my needs and interests with the cars in his inventory, rather than push me to look at particular cars he wanted to sell. The financing rep was equally low pressure, customer oriented. I would bet the buying experience for many customers is quite a "low-anxiety" affair. I would recommend this dealer to any mid to upper end used car buyer. More
I purchased a 2009 Audi A4 from this dealership and the sales person was a friendly guy but in my opinion he needs to listen to the buyers instead of just talking facts all the time. I had no real problem sales person was a friendly guy but in my opinion he needs to listen to the buyers instead of just talking facts all the time. I had no real problem with the sales person but I did have a problem to whoever I was speaking to on the phone when I called to ask about my extended warranty. All I asked was for a number to the extended warranty company to ask them about modifications to my car and the person who I was talking to had no right what so ever to tell me that I can't when in fact I can. When I tired to tell this person that it was not his concern he started giving me a attitude and eventually I raised my voice and told him that he was being disrespectful and that I will file a complaint against him but the sad thing about this is that I didn't catch his name. So my overall experience at this dealership was not great and I would just like to let people know that when you are buying a car from this dealership just think about what you are getting yourself into because the actual Audi dealership itself isn't much of a great help either and fail to answer simple questions about the Audi brand.
