Have dealt with many car salespeople in the past. Rich Medla was by far the only one who has gone the extra mile to make sure we were happy. As I eventually pruchased the car, the only unpleasant moment was when the Used Car Manager offered an insulsting price for my trade-in knowing that I really wanted the A4. He never looked at the car nor spoke to me in person. This "Used Car Manager" embodied the typical used car salesman stereotype. 2 days after I purchased my car I saw my trade-in on the internet offered for sale for $4000 above what was given to me. This was the only low point in my purchase, Rich Medla saved the day by his professionalism. More
