I purchased this car from out of state (Maine) and was sight unseen (it was a certified pre-owned VW). I have purchased cars from out of state (via the internet) in the past and this was by far the best experience. Pricing was very good for a certified car and the negotiating process straightforward, quick and simple. There was a small bump in the road getting paperwork out which impacted my ability to pick up the car and necessitated me having to ship it. Fortunately, Rich went above and beyond to make this a positive experience and covered the shipping expenses. You rarely see this kind of integrity in the car industry. I would highly recommend Weeks and Rich, particularly if one is considering an out of state sale. More
Buying a car should not be this much work. This dealer is a shining example of what gives used car dealers a bad name so watch them like hawks and double-check everything. They give you friendly, prompt service but while doing so, will nickle and dime you at every turn. First, they will tell you they are able to find you the best financing options but I was able to find a MUCH lower interest rate on my own in less than 5 min. And then then had the audacity to try to convince me to go with the higher quote. Clearly they're getting a kick-back. Second, insist on an itemized invoice. I had to ask 2 different people a total of 5 times and threaten to walk away from the deal to get one. Third, their registration and documentation fees are egregiously high so be sure to ask about them and factor that into your deal. Fourth, double-check all the documentation at closing. Even after confirming the loan terms with me, paperwork showed entirely different terms. And lastly, be sure you're getting all the benefits of your CPO Warranty. The last point on the Audi CPO Warranty states, "Your car is clean and fully fueled." The car had a half a tank of gas. I'll leave it to you to decide whether a dealer who conveniently made so many slips accurately performed the 300+ point inspection and certification process but for me, it was the last straw to a truly miserable experience. The overall buying experience was great from the Sales Manager,Lou as well as the salesmen,Daniel and Jen who handled the finance. I drove my new(pre-owned)VW out the same day. This was our first new/used car purchase in years Anthony made it very easy to choose a car to meet our needs. I had a remarkable experience working with Mr. Steven Ferraiuolo and Ms. Jen Brown. I went in with the presumption that I would incur the stereotypical hassle and rigmarole; as this was my first time ind Ferraiuolo and Ms. Jen Brown. Instead, the duo set a precedence for excellence that will keep me a repeat customer. Steven was diligent in following up and agreeing to fair terms in a very timely manner while Jen was amiable, assuring, and provided the wealth of knowledge needed when financing a vehicle. The duration of my transaction from initial phone call to delivery was less than 24 hours. Since then, both Steven and Jen have reached out multiple times to see how I was and if I needed anything. I am not one to take the time to offer feedback publicly but I could not be any more content with my buying experience and my new Audi. We made a visit to the car place and we were looking at 2013 Volkswagen golfs and Daniel Putzig the sales consultant came out and gave us prices on the car and i wanted to know more about it so we went inside and sat down and got to learn about the car more and he explained everything to us before buying it and then by the end of the visit i had made my decision and i wanted that car and then we had spoke to Jen Brown the business manager and she had went of her way to help me get this car i wanted.I want to thank you both for everything you have done to help me get my first car and go out of your way just to help me.You guys are both great thank you again!
