I drive by Weeks Preowned on occasion and decided to stop in with my daughter this past Easter weekend to "take a look". The selection of vehicles was extensive and all the cars looked new. We may have just looked and driven off, but a we were greeted outside by an incredibly friendly and knowledgable salesman, Gary, who was very helpful and happy to help us so late in the day on a holiday weekend. After the test drive and finding the perfect "red" car it all happened so quickly. I got a very fair trade on my Q7 and a good price for the A4. Gary and Jenn made it happen that day! Jenn was amazing as well, she handled the financing and ensured that I was able to take the car home that day. I was so impressed with how everyone worked together to make it happen. Another salesman, Steve, assisted me with the insurance, while Gary and Jenn were busy and the car was being detailed. Gary stayed past closing time to set up the Sirius radio, blue tooth, and go over all the instrumentation in the car. Amazing group of people! Won't hesitate when it's time for the next vehicle…I know exactly where to go. Thank you, you all made my weekend and I love my volcano red A4! Susan Miller More
GOOD EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH WEEKS PRE-OWNED I recently purchased a 2005 Acura RL from Weeks Pre-Owned Center. I had done my homework on the vehicle and pretty much knew what I was looking for. I recently purchased a 2005 Acura RL from Weeks Pre-Owned Center. I had done my homework on the vehicle and pretty much knew what I was looking for. Anthony Krizni was the first to greet me. He took his time with me and my wife. We test drove the Acura as well as a Lexus that was also on my list. Anthony was a very patient, accommodating salesman and put no pressure on us. I ended up going back a couple weeks later after looking at some other vehicles and deciding the Acura from Weeks was the one that I wanted. We negotiated what I felt was a fair price. One big question that I had- would they allow me to bring the car to my own mechanic. They had absolutely no problem with that (BIG DEAL IN MY BOOK), put a dealer plate on the car and told me, "see you in a few hours." I then worked with Jen in finance. Very thorough and knowledgeable. When I went to pick the car up, the car was immaculate. Just before I drove away, I noticed that the car was missing the owner's manual. I'm a nut for owner's manuals and Anthony promised to get me one. Now, keeping in mind that Weeks is not an Acura dealer, Anthony had to go outside normal channels to get the manual but, true to his word, he followed up and got me the manual within a couple weeks. I was a happy customer. Sometimes, it's the little things that set you apart. I would go back to Weeks and would recommend them. Keep up the good work! More
Recently purchased a Certified 2011 Pre-owned Q5 Audi. from the dealer... I live in NJ and saw the car on Cars.com. After sending an on-line inquiry, was contacted by Peter to discuss the car and my trad from the dealer... I live in NJ and saw the car on Cars.com. After sending an on-line inquiry, was contacted by Peter to discuss the car and my trade. I tPeter the car had some minor damage. . Peter was very professional and gave me a price range for my trade based on my information and some pictures I emailed to him. He also gave me the dealers best price best price on the Q5, which I thought was fair. My wife and I decided to drive 150 miles to see and test drive the car . Upon arriving we were greeted by Gary, it was Peter's day off, and he set up a test drive for the car. Gary was very professional as well, and was very accommodating, even though he was not receiving any commission on the deal. We also met Lou the sales manager, who evaluated out trade and confirmed the price quote that Peter quoted us.. Not knowing anything about the dealer ,i was very leary about the bait and switch game some dealers play, especially with trades... He was very honest. The next day we contacted Peter and gave him a list of the thing I wanted corrected prior to buying the car, and he assured me he would take care of. I also spoke to Jenn, the BM who was handling our financing, and she assured me she would try to get us the best rate as possible. She called me later to inform us she was able to get us a good rate for 60 months. Upon arriving I met Peter for the first time, , we checked out the car , it was detailed, and he took care of everything we asked him to do... We also met Jenn, who informed us she was able to get us a lower rate then she originally quoted us, which was great...The only negative was it took over 2 hours for the documentation to arrived from the processing dept..Peter did a great job , reviewing the features of the car, and setting up our phones for the Bluetooth... But overall it was a good experience, Peter and the dealership did everything they promised they would do and we got a very nice certified Audi... I would highly recommend the dealership and will consider them again for future purchases... Every one was great to deal with, starting with Gary..and ending with Jenn . More

I searched out A4's on line and was guided to Weeks Pre-Owned in Danbury. They are in CT and I am in MA I was a little apprehensive about buying a used car without test driving it, brokering the deal mostly through email and from such a long distance but I can honestly say that Rich Medla was very helpful and eased my mind. I was buying a CPO Audi so I was pretty sure it would be better than most but when I drove up and saw it I was blown away. It looked and felt like a new car. I didn't even test drive it. I just signed my life away and drove it off the lot. As I drove down Rt. 6 back toward Rt. 84 I just started laughing to myself out loud. I could not believe this was a used car! It felt JUST AS SOLID as the 2014 A4's I had test driven in MA. I took the long way home back up to MA (5 hours) and loved every second of that ride. This car is superb. I believe you can and will feel confident with Rich helping you purchase a CPO Audi from out of state as I did. Thank you again Rich and the staff at Weeks. More

I purchased this car from out of state (Maine) and was sight unseen (it was a certified pre-owned VW). I have purchased cars from out of state (via the internet) in the past and this was by far the best experience. Pricing was very good for a certified car and the negotiating process straightforward, quick and simple. There was a small bump in the road getting paperwork out which impacted my ability to pick up the car and necessitated me having to ship it. Fortunately, Rich went above and beyond to make this a positive experience and covered the shipping expenses. You rarely see this kind of integrity in the car industry. I would highly recommend Weeks and Rich, particularly if one is considering an out of state sale. More
Buying a car should not be this much work. This dealer is a shining example of what gives used car dealers a bad name so watch them like hawks and double-check everything. They give you friendly, prompt service but while doing so, will nickle and dime you at every turn. First, they will tell you they are able to find you the best financing options but I was able to find a MUCH lower interest rate on my own in less than 5 min. And then then had the audacity to try to convince me to go with the higher quote. Clearly they're getting a kick-back. Second, insist on an itemized invoice. I had to ask 2 different people a total of 5 times and threaten to walk away from the deal to get one. Third, their registration and documentation fees are egregiously high so be sure to ask about them and factor that into your deal. Fourth, double-check all the documentation at closing. Even after confirming the loan terms with me, paperwork showed entirely different terms. And lastly, be sure you're getting all the benefits of your CPO Warranty. The last point on the Audi CPO Warranty states, "Your car is clean and fully fueled." The car had a half a tank of gas. I'll leave it to you to decide whether a dealer who conveniently made so many slips accurately performed the 300+ point inspection and certification process but for me, it was the last straw to a truly miserable experience. More
