Misleading Sales Transaction Transaction started ok, I was promised by Dan M we could pullout of the deal, cancel, at ANY time for ANY reason. We want to cancel and now are tol Transaction started ok, I was promised by Dan M we could pullout of the deal, cancel, at ANY time for ANY reason. We want to cancel and now are told we cannot and deposit of $500.00 is nonrefundable . NOT ACCEPTABLE,FALSE and MISLEADING, We would like a refund as promised, and stated multiple times on 4/13/15. VW of America states they are not under their dealership network. One would never know that until there was a problem. I cannot state enough how disappointed I am with my experience. We have never even seen the car and the thought that we were lied to and must purchase the car without even driving it or even SEEING IT it not acceptable. My gut was telling me the dealership was too slick and I should have listen to my gut. We would like a refund immediately ,as promised by Daniel Malafatopoulos. It is my hope that I do not need to go thru the Small Claims Process for this problem. Thank You for your Website Rich, Patti Crowther More
