Car buying Experience Mis represented the vehicle. Also, car dot com had wrong model associated with car. Was told that the car was clean, no scratches or dents, needed not Mis represented the vehicle. Also, car dot com had wrong model associated with car. Was told that the car was clean, no scratches or dents, needed nothing. Drive 2 hours to find out that there was a 2 foot long scratch on the molding near the bottom of the vehicle and the steering vibrated most likely due to the rotors in need of replacement. Arrived at dealership, person who we spoke with wasnt there as he said he would be. Very Disappointing! Wouldnt recommend them whatsoever. More

I bought a Jetta last year from Daniel and it was such a great experience that it was a no brainer when I needed a second car that I would go right back to Daniel. Daniel by far is the best dealership employee I have ever dealt with. He made my car buying experience effortless and quick. I was in the dealership maybe 30 minutes to complete the buying process, He is honest and got me in the exact car I wanted. I cant thank Daniel enough - I love my car! More

Misleading Sales Transaction Transaction started ok, I was promised by Dan M we could pullout of the deal, cancel, at ANY time for ANY reason. We want to cancel and now are told we cannot and deposit of $500.00 is nonrefundable . NOT ACCEPTABLE,FALSE and MISLEADING, We would like a refund as promised, and stated multiple times on 4/13/15. VW of America states they are not under their dealership network. One would never know that until there was a problem. I cannot state enough how disappointed I am with my experience. We have never even seen the car and the thought that we were lied to and must purchase the car without even driving it or even SEEING IT it not acceptable. My gut was telling me the dealership was too slick and I should have listen to my gut. We would like a refund immediately ,as promised by Daniel Malafatopoulos. It is my hope that I do not need to go thru the Small Claims Process for this problem. Thank You for your Website Rich, Patti Crowther More
