I walked into Weeks Pre-Owned in Danbury without an appointment. Peter Molony introduced himself and answered many questions that I had. He was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable pointing out features on the various models. I told Peter I wanted to think everything over and I left the dealership. He did not try to “sell” me and encouraged me to contact him with any other questions I had. A few days later I decided to purchase one of the cars we looked at. I've been driving it and and love it. Overall it was a great experience, everyone in the dealership was very friendly. More

First Audi...flawless! Found the car I wanted on their website. They had better prices than any of the other dealers I searched within 100 miles of Norwalk, CT. Test drive, down payment, and approved for financing within an hour. Couldn't be happier. Went back two days later to pick up the car...met with Anthony the business manager. Great guy. Did not call me back. I had dropped by to find out info on a pre.owned cert. car. I left my info with one of the salesman. He told me he would call me back that day. He told me he would call me back that day. 3 days passed so I decided to call him back to see if he was able to work the deal out. He told me he would call me back the next business day. Now 5 days have passed, no call from him and the car I was interested in is no longer listed. Completely unprofessional. More
