He was very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable on the product, no pressure and a good sense of humor. We went for a couple of test drives and stayed late to finalize the transaction. Picked up the car a few days later, and Dan patiently gave me a full overview of the Audi and it's features, while Anthony Krizni took care of all the financing and DMV paperwork with no issues.
