Overall amazing experience I requested a test drive on a 2015 VW GTI and right away received a time and date at my convenience. I met with Daniel and he was very polite and very I requested a test drive on a 2015 VW GTI and right away received a time and date at my convenience. I met with Daniel and he was very polite and very courteous. He gave us a nice ‘tour’ of the vehicle and allowed a good test drive. When we got back inside it was time to talk price, which was a little out of our range. He managed to knock off $1000 which really helped. We ended up not buying the vehicle right away to shop around. He was never pushy or tried to suggest anything that I didn’t fully agree with. After almost two weeks of torture, I called the dealership and spoke to Dan who was very eager to meet with us that same day. We talked finances and he was extremely helpful. After the purchase, he said it will be ready in 3 days for a 200(?) point inspection and they wanted to detail it for me - not necessary but I was extremely impressed! The day came to pick up the car, again Daniel showed it to us, taught me all the ins and outs of the radio controls, etc. even gave me extra cables for the car When it came to managing the loans and seeking out warranty’s, Dexter the business manager was more than helpful. He was patient, nice, and was willing to explain in detail until I understood everything. He thoroughly went over all my options, gave me his own opinion and what he did with my car, and did all that he could to find a deal that was perfect for me. Never pushy, never annoyed, just overall so helpful. I’ve never experienced a car buying process so extensive, detailed, and while also being pleasurable. I never felt pressured by Daniel or Dexter, and they went above and beyond for my satisfaction. I will definitely continue business with them. More

The car was provided with a full tank of gas and was sparkling clean inside and out and I was given specific instructions on the operation of the car prior to leaving the dealership.
