Horrible After two different offers on my trade-in they rescinded the offer when all paperwork was done and I was supposed to pick up my new car the next day. Smooth Sailing I had spent weeks looking for the right Audi Q5 at the right price and I found it at Weeks Pre-Owned although I couldn’t get there for a few days. I I had spent weeks looking for the right Audi Q5 at the right price and I found it at Weeks Pre-Owned although I couldn’t get there for a few days. I called the dealership and spoke to Derek who let me know that he couldn’t hold the car that long, but if I called up the day before and the car was still there he could hold it for me. I did just that and asked him to have the car ready because we had a trade-in and with the car being CPO we were very likely to buy it. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership and when we arrived Derek had the car completely detailed and ready to sell! He helped us make the entire process seamless and when we discovered an issue with the passenger side visor(who would think to check that?) Derek helped us get it fixed at a dealership next to my work. All in all this was a great experience and Derek made it happen! Thanks, Derek! More

First I am so glad that they let me talk to a rep, Dexter, on the phone and discuss the real negotiation. The CT buying experience was very pleasant. Not like other dealerships in NY and NJ that will have people answer the phones and make deals and promises that they do not honor when you get to the dealership. I just was not used to buying in CT and didn't expect that closing the deal, paper works and such, will take so long. Not their fault. All a misunderstanding. I will definitely go back to this dealer should I need another car. More
