Oil change & inspection. I have a 2014 Sorrento - a great car. Brought it in for an oil change and was glad to find they also did a free vehicle inspection! Now I know I will I have a 2014 Sorrento - a great car. Brought it in for an oil change and was glad to find they also did a free vehicle inspection! Now I know I will need front brakes in a few more miles. The price was great...they use new oil...not recycled like the cheapo oil change shops...and every other oil change is free. No need to go anywhere else for service. Thanks Danbury KIA! More

Service recall and engine adjustment I had what it sounded to be a lifter knock and needed a recall taken care of. They got me in quick, Everyone whom I spoke with was friendly. Long wait for a oil change I had my 9 month old with me, so waiting a hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation is unheard of. I realize I get a "Multi-Point" inspecti I had my 9 month old with me, so waiting a hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation is unheard of. I realize I get a "Multi-Point" inspection as well on the car, but Valvoline has that as well and can do what I just had done there in 30 minutes flat on a busy day. So, I would say the time it takes to perform maintenance needs to be improved. Also, I noticed their wasn't a baby changing station in the mens room? More
