Please accept my sincere apologies for the extremely poor service you experienced. We have discussed your situation at length with the various managers and associates involved to correct the deficiencies you found and see that this type of event does not occur in the future. Your experience is certainly not indicative of the atmosphere and service we wish to provide our customers. Regarding the outstanding issues with your vehicle, as you discussed with our sales manager, we would need to keep your vehicle for one to two days in order to properly correct the issues. We would provide a loaner vehicle for this time so that you are not without transportation. Please let me know when we can schedule a convenient time for this. I know getting these issues resolved is a priority for you. Again, I am sorry that you were left so disappointed and frustrated by an occasion that should be enjoyable.
