Car service I brought my car in to get serviced. They asked what time I wanted my car done I said anytime before 4:30 and they made sure it would be done before t I brought my car in to get serviced. My car was done within two hours. I picked it up and I was blocked in so kelvin pulled it out for me. Overall I love Kia. More

Accommodating, prompt, thorough service! I scheduled a service for Monday afternoon but due to unforeseen circumstance had to change it last minute. Repair on my 2015 Kia Optima Brought my Kia Optima in with some water damage. They got it in early and finished it within a few hours. Fair deal when bought and sold A few years ago I arrived at Danbury Kia interested in purchasing a 2015 Kia Optima EX. After a little bit of haggling with the salesperson (I'm unab A few years ago I arrived at Danbury Kia interested in purchasing a 2015 Kia Optima EX. After a little bit of haggling with the salesperson (I'm unable to recall his name) we agreed on a price that was very fair. The car had 7000 miles at time of purchase. It was used for commuting to and from work; 60 miles each way. Recently, I brought the car back to the dealership for a software update. While in the lounge, (waiting room) I observed a "Kelly Blue Book" banner that stated the dealership also buys cars. Perfect timing, since I recently retired and was now looking to sell my car. I spoke with a Danbury Kia representative, Mrs. Christine Almonte, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She, along with another employee, looked over my car while I waited in the lounge. Within minutes, Mrs. Almonte returned and after a brief moment of haggling, we reach an agreement of what I thought was a very fair price. This is where Mrs. Almonte and a coworker, Tiffany, went above and beyond. My car was financed through a small, lesser known bank. After we shook hands and sealed the deal, I paid off my loan by check. But the bank would not immediately provide a lien release for the title. The bank stated it would take weeks (20 days or more). Mrs. Almonte and Tiffany, both of whom are very experienced with these matters, were able to expedite the process efficiently and professionally. What could have taken weeks or perhaps a month, took only days. Danbury Kia, and their customers should take solace in knowing that customer service is extremely important to the employees of this dealership. I will, without hesitation, recommend Danbury Kia to my family and friends who are interested in buying their next vehicle. More
