This is the second time that I have needed to bring my Kia to Danbury KIA. Both times the service has been absolutely fabulous. My service advisor Kelvin kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle bot Kia to Danbury KIA. Both times the service has been absolutely fabulous. Service was superb from start to finish, Sean at the desk was friendly and walked me out to my car at the end, and I always enjoy and appreciate being shown what maintenance is needed on my car ie the engine was friendly and walked me out to my car at the end, and I always enjoy and appreciate being shown what maintenance is needed on my car ie the engine filter needed to be replaced!
