Excellent service during crisis I received an email last week from Kia stating they would pick up my car for service during this Covid crisis. I was happy that my car could still be I received an email last week from Kia stating they would pick up my car for service during this Covid crisis. I was happy that my car could still be well taken care of even though I was home bound. Cindy in service was so kind and polite and arranged the appointment. I spoke to Cindy again the day before the appointment to confirm. I also spoke to Tom Shaw regarding an issue I had been having with the car and he said it would be taken care of at the same time as my routine service appointment. I spoke to Tom several times as he and I discussed my cars issues and everything was explained to me in great detail by this kind and patient man. I can’t tell you how happy I am with my car today!! Cindy and Tom are a credit to Danbury Kia and you are so lucky to have them. Kindness and compassion go a long way for this 74 year old and 5 stars just aren’t enough. Thank you also to the person who did my cars service. You are a credit to your profession! More
