Kelvin Brito at the Service Center was excellent Kelvin was fantastic from the minute I walked into the service center until I picked up my car. I was there for tires, but also had an issue that had Kelvin was fantastic from the minute I walked into the service center until I picked up my car. I was there for tires, but also had an issue that had just popped up.Let's just say I'm grateful for the car's warranty.Anyway-he was great at communicating throughout the day, as well as answering me back quickly when I called with a question. He represented KIA very well yesterday, so thank you again. I honestly didn't mind spending the money outside of the worked on the issue, and even added on a oil change i didn't necessarily didn't need. One thing I do have feedback on that's posted the KIA danbury website-it does say due to Covid-19, they can come and pick up your car and deliver it back to you. When I had called to confirm the day prior to my appointment, I inquired about that and was told by someone (Not Kelvin, a woman who identified herself as Cindy) that they couldn't do that because they are working on a shortened staff due to the Corona virus. While obviously understandable about the staffing concerns, it IS represent on Danbury Kia's service center web page and probably should be taken down or amended so there is no confusion or even loss of business due to conflicting information.This is posted under the updates regarding Covid 19- " Our parts and service department is open. Additionally, we have a pick-up/drop off service. Our team will come to you, pick up your vehicle, perform the required services and then drop it back off for you as quickly as possible". Kelvin definitely saved that with his great service. Well done! More

I am very disappointed that Danbury Kia sold me a used vehicle that had brake problems that became apparent within a month of purchase and they wanted to charge me to fix it! Then after I told them that vehicle that had brake problems that became apparent within a month of purchase and they wanted to charge me to fix it! Then after I told them that the salesperson said they will make good if something is wrong within a reasonable time of purchase they will fix it! So when I relayed this to the service department, they told me because of the pandemic they can't get in contact with him! And they offered to knock $200 off, so still wanting me to pay over $600 for a problem they knew the vehicle had! I haven't even made my first payment yet! Unbelievable! So Danbury Kia is a lemon farm. By the way, I work in radio on-air with an afternoon drive show and I have a podcast...and yes I talk about these things on my show! Unbelievably disappointed ...my first purchase from Danbury Kia - and my last. More
