They were speedy and well communicative. I wish the facilities were better stocked in the waiting area as the toilet paper and paper towels in the bathroom were out of stock. I have been coming to Kia for quite some time now and not one time have I came and left disappointed. The customer service that I have recieved (Kelvin) each and everytime has always been welcoming and pleas one time have I came and left disappointed. The waiting area is fully equipped with coffee, wifi etc. All what is essential to make your wait extremely comfortable, although they get you in and out expeditiously. Overall the service is great! They were able to get my car in and out for some recall work very quickly, and the associates at the service center were very kind! However, a few days later I got an email saying that I had declined 4 ser work very quickly, and the associates at the service center were very kind! However, a few days later I got an email saying that I had declined 4 services, most of which had already been taken care of at a different service center, but more importantly none of that had been brought to my attention at the end of my appointment. All they did was give me my receipt and let me know my car was all set. I appreciate the pleasant and efficient service, but I don't appreciate having that potentially important information being withheld. I feel like it was a tactic to get me to come back in, and it tells me that they didn't actually complete a full inspection of my car. More
