The reason why I used a pseudonym is because I saw how you responded to other negative reviews. I didn't want my full legal name posted in what is supposed to be an anonymous forum. Again, the employees were cordial and kind, but I don't appreciate the bait and switch attempt.

Not sure what you're referring to, but our system is set up so that any reminders for declined service would only be sent out after the advisor discussed it with the customer. So, if that didn't happen, we'd like to trace it and figure out why. You are certainly welcome to remain anonymous.
