This is the second car we have leased through this dealership this year. The service has been amazing. After a visit to a Kia dealership in Milford which was a nightmare, followed by visit to a Kia dealership in Wallingford which was ok, our visit to Danbury Kia was an extremely pleasant experience. The facility is beautiful and Frank and Jenn were two of the most helpful people we've ever experienced in buying new cars since we were teenagers. We're now in our sixties. They know how to treat customers and both Jenn and Frank are assets to Danbury Kia. We haven't used their service department yet so we will not comment on that part of the business at this time. The service team at danbury kia was VERY accomodating, I had to move my appt up a few hrs at the last minute and they said "No problem!"
