Really disappointed in this place I had a very bad interaction with the manager, let's call him "S." The dealership was advertising (in big bold banners, plastered all over the building) $4,000 minimum trade ins, even if you had to tow it in. Well, we agreed on a price (5% above dealer cost, based on the invoice they supplied) ... but they low-balled our trade in to $2,500 (a Kia Sportage, by the way, that KBB puts at $4,000.) He even said "Are you willing to lose this car over $500!?" HA! Are you kidding me? Who says that? "S" took one look at our final offer and told us "to go someplace else" ... never have my wife and I been treated so rudely and dismissively in a car dealership. He was angry and pissed and it showed in his behavior and attitude. Really, really surprised. Totally taken aback by the treatment at this dealership. We walked out in total disbelief. Never again. We ended up going to East Hartford Kia, where we were treated with respect. PS Adam was our sales guy, and he was awesome. I felt bad leaving, because we were ready to deal. His boss killed it. More

Awesome Adam helped my son and I find the right vehicle for us. I'm a single mom on disability. He took in my needs and wants. Never pushed and always listened He and James found a 2011 Kia Sorrento with 25k miles. It was 2 years older than my car. But it was in great shape even besides low mileage, it had some nice extras. I wasn't going to come in. I once a few years ago had a bad experience there. That led me to another dealer. This time the other dealer didn't want to help me. I guess because I'm not a nurse making a lot of money. I told Adam I didn't want to waste his time. He told me keeping my young son and I happy, and safe were his priority. And of course not get me in over my head. He listened really listened. We were at total ease. Thanks to him and James..my Christmas Angels... I have my new vehicle. They weren't the pushy sales guys women love to hate. They were amazing. This week the auto start is being put in and front window has a chip will be fixed. I will recommend Adam at Kia to all. I cannot thank them enough for an outstanding job getting me into a Flawless looking vehicle that is luxury and confidence all the way.
