Excellent Experience Went to Danbury Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to look at a used vehicle for my daughter that we saw on line. We didn't call first and when we got to the dealership the car had already been sold. We were met by salesman Vinny Guilfoil. I told Vinny we had a special interest in the vehicle we saw on line really for the price. I had a number in mind that I wasn't going to exceed. Vinny went over your inventory at or below our budget. I purchased a 2007 Nissan Versa which my daughter really liked. The car was very clean and appeared to be well maintained by previous owners. Vinny was extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to conduct business with. When I met with Justin to finalize the sale we spoke about an extended warranty which I did end up purchasing; not because I felt pressured to do so but because it made sense. Quick, friendly service. Service Advisor, Al Rhode, was very accommodating. The replacement GPS sytsem had to be ordered before hand, and I was very happy that it was on hand Service Advisor, Al Rhode, was very accommodating.
