extremely professional and caring service I first went to danbury kia 3 years ago looking for a car to lease. I was nervous and never did before and Jake approached me. He never tried to upsel I first went to danbury kia 3 years ago looking for a car to lease. I was nervous and never did before and Jake approached me. He never tried to upsell me or intimidate me. He helped get me into a 2015 sportage at a price i was comfortable with. He occasionally called to check in on me and i saw him when i had oil changes and he made sure i was satisfied. Fast forward my lease was ending and I booked an appointment with Jake 3 years later. He gave my wife and I several options, due to credit complications, and let us decide. we purchased a 2018 Optima. Jake smiled the whole time and make our experience extremely enjoyable. I tell everyone i know to go see him. He made my day when he said I have been at kia three years and you were one of the my first customers and now here we are again. More
