After much online research, I chose to start at Danbury Kia. Jake was amazing! He was friendly and personable, and never once made me feel like a sale waiting to happen. He listened to my "wish list" and within minutes he had me standing in front of the perfect car. The sale itself was quick and easy; I had an issue with registration, but again, Jake was great and kept on top of it for me. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience and will gladly buy from them in the future. More

When people do this it makes a consumer feel uncomfortable. He was honest when I asked him for a larger car and said that he could not make that happen on my budget and told me my best bet was to stay with what I had in a newer model.
