Customers are treated/greeted professionally. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The waiting areas and bathrooms are clean, the wifi works and the snacks are fresh. The service writers are always helpful. The last time I was in for a service appointment I needed a quiet place to work and the sales staff set me up in a nice quiet spot where I could focus.
