Great Service I am a convert. My first experience with service was not great, but the new service management, great front desk employees and awesome service techs I am a convert. My first experience with service was not great, but the new service management, great front desk employees and awesome service techs have totally turned things around! The wait was exactly what I expected, everyone was friendly and professional..... definitely will be bringing my Jeep there for any service needs. A Most Generous Gift! Thank you Ray, Evonne, Luis, and Clyde My son bought his 2007 Jeep Compass from Ray Pacheco in May 2013. It was an important purchase, not because it was his first, but because he had been My son bought his 2007 Jeep Compass from Ray Pacheco in May 2013. It was an important purchase, not because it was his first, but because he had been diagnosed with Leukemia in March 2012 and fought hard to beat it, This was his reward! He was only able to drive it for a few months when the cancer came back and he needed to have another round of chemo in September 2013. He was able to drive it again for a month or so before his bone marrow transplant that December, but he has been waiting to drive his Jeep since then. One day this summer I drove his Jeep and found it was not running right...hesitating. I thought it was the transmission and called Ray for help. Having had the vehicle for 1 1/2 years at this point, it was way past the warranty for a used vehicle, so I asked Ray if the dealership could at least check it over and tell me the cost of repair. A few weeks later Ray called and told me it needed a tuneup from sitting so long and maybe a clutch, and asked me if I would be willing to keep it there a little longer. I agreed A few weeks later I received a call from Ray informing me that my sons Jeep was all fixed and the employees of Danbury Chrysler Dodge had all donated either their time and/or money to pay for the entire cost of repair! Such a generous gift for my son cannot be measured in words. I thank everyone at the dealership for their kindness and generosity, but my greatest thanks go to Clyde the service manager,, Luis the mechanic who donated his time and most of all Evonne, who made it all happen. All of these people and possibly others whom I do not know, will forever be appreciated by my family, and especially my son. Any dealership is the sum of the people they employ, and this dealership in my opinion, is in a class of their own! Thank you so much! More
Service I took my 2012 Chrysler 200 the check engine light was on after calling me the day I took it in and telling me they did not know what was wrong with i I took my 2012 Chrysler 200 the check engine light was on after calling me the day I took it in and telling me they did not know what was wrong with it that they needed to keep it the extra day, The next day they called me to say my spark plugs were bad and I had to pay 400.00 because it was not covered under the warranty, I immediately and discovered that because my V6 engine wasn't due for spark plugs for another 60,000 miles I questioned Yvonne Scarduzio she was extremely rude, in fact the rudest person working I have ever come in contact with in a retail environment. I then talked to Clive the service I let him know I called Chrysler and they told me the problem is a known issue and its covered under the warranty. When I brought this to Clive's attention he told me until I paid for spark plugs they wound absolutely nit rule any other issues. The very next day I took it to pamby in Ridgefield after the checked my car and discovered the right side cylinder head was bad and its a major repair, they gave me the next available appt the down side was because it was such a big job it took almost 4 days and it cost me 200.00 for a rental. I was so angry I called the owner Bill Sabatini I left 3 messages and he still has yet to return my call. this place is crooked and goes out of their way to screw people and charge them money for stuff they don't need to avoid doing their job the honest way do not go here go to pamby a few extra miles will pay in the end I also spoke with JB who I asked to give me a break down of the warranty and he was very annoyed hung up on me and never returned my call More

Maybe - Had to go 3 times before i could get service complete bc i attempted to get brakes checked during my lunch time and they were too busy those 2 days. Had to go back twice before they actually fixed the right problem. The service office was super friendly and helpful. And it was totally covered by warrenty. More

Rattle was since day one of car, never could find it supposedly... this time faint noise, I was a little persistent and it was determined it was the catalytic converter. Just a bit concerned that since this was "ongoing" why it was not found sooner. I have warranty so fully covered. This should have been nipped in the beginning. Part in end of this week, will schedule to be done next week an N/C to myself. Thank you and have a great day. d More

Routine 7,000 mile oil change appointment. When I arrived I was advised that Chrysler recommends tire rotation at this service of which I was unaware. I was also advised of the need for replacement arrived I was advised that Chrysler recommends tire rotation at this service of which I was unaware. I was also advised of the need for replacement of parts for a Jeep recall, parts are now on order and will be taken care of shortly. All staff was friendly and conscientious. I would definitely recommend a Jeep and the service department. More

I made an appointment with their female receptionist for 7:30 am a week in advance. I slept in the parking lot that night to avoid traffic, and since I was there with a brake problem I didn't want to drive it in rush hour. When I arrived at the door one of the other service people said "Can I help you"? And I said I have an appointment at 7:30am. He said in a snide way " You know the technicians don't get here until 8." I didn't understand why he said that....how about offer me some coffee and turn on the TV in the waiting room instead of treating me like crap out of the box. It was his receptionist who told me to be there at 7:30. Finally at 9am they get to me after they served the other customers who came after me. The Tech came out to my truck....He touched my brake pedal and said "I don't even need to test drive this ....I know it's the Master Cylinder" that took 2 minutes and we where back inside. John Spina was assigned to have me fill out paperwork and be my service rep. He said do you want your Truck back today. I said yes , sure that would be great. That was 9:30am. I went to my friends house to wait. 5:15pm rolls around and no one calls. So I call....the service dept answering machine goes on. I'm livid....I call the sales sept which is open until 6pm. They transfer me to John...he picks up. I say John can I come and pick my car up. He says no...we never touched it...we were too busy. And there are no technicians who are able to do your job on Sat from 8 to 4pm . So is Monday OK? I reluctantly said ok....hung up the phone and went to read the reviews.....apparently I missed all the 1 star or less reviews on this guy John Spina. I decided to get my Truck out of there on Mon at 8am. You won't believe this ....when I asked for my keys, they said I owe them money. i said what for? you didn't work on my truck. John said you owe us $54 dollars for the tech looking at your truck. I said that took 2 minutes....I'm not paying .....I went off on a triage, and the Dealership manager bellowed from another office..."John..give him his keys....we'll work on it later". The icing on the cake was they parked my truck under a tree and it had bird crap all over it. These guys are the epitome of rudeness, thievery and deception. STAY AWAY More
